How to Pay

Your rent is collected in advance of the first of the month and there are several ways you can pay your rent or your factoring bill.

Set up a Direct Debit

A direct debit can be set up by calling 0141 445 4418, pressing option 2, and completing over the phone or you can request a direct debit form be sent out to you via our online query form.

Direct debit payments can be made weekly, fortnightly, 4-weekly or monthly.

Set up a Standing Order or make a Bank Transfer

Standing order payments and bank transfers can be made via your online banking or by contacting your bank. For standing orders and bank transfer payments please use the following details:

*please quote your tenancy/factoring reference number on any payment you make to us.

Pay Online

Visit www.allpayments.net or download the Allpay app at Google Play or Apple Store.

You will need your Allpay card number and your debit/credit card details to make payment.

Call Allpay on 0330 041 6497. Allpay lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Pay at the Post Office or PayPoint

You can use your Allpay card to make payments at any  post office or PayPoint by cash or debit card.
