Repairs & Maintenance

Is something in your home needing to be fixed. During our office hours you can report all repairs through our online repairs form. Provide as much detail about the fault as you can and if able to, upload a photo(s) of the fault.

You can also report repairs, during office hours, by calling 0141 445 4418 and pressing option 1 or email us at repairs@linthouseha.com

If you have an emergency repair when our office is closed you should contact the following the numbers 

  • For gas and central heating repairs contact GasSure on 01294 468 113.
  • For all other types of emergency repairs contact Timetra on 0808 196 1486

There will be some repairs that are the responsibility of the tenant. You can find out what ther repairs are in our Tenant and Landlord Responsibilities leaflet.

You can also request further information on your right to repair and our repair response times.

Alterations, Aids and Adaptations

Are there changes that your would like to make to your home either for personal or medical reasons.

If you want to make alterations to the property you may have to get permission from the Association to do this. Full details on making alterations to your home are available in our Alterations and Improvements Policy. You can also apply for permission using this Alterations application form and returning it to repairs@linthouseha.com.

If you are finding that your home isn’t quite meeting your needs for medical reasons there may be funding available to help you make these changes. To be considered for funding a needs assessment for any adaptation must be carried out by your occupational therapist who can then make a referral to LHA for the adaptations to take place.

Our Asset Management Team will always strive to provide you with as much information as possible prior to any planned or cyclical maintenance work taking place in your property.
